- Support Health & Wellness: help you improve sleep, identify strategies to de-stress and find ways to incorporate health goals into your schedule
- Prioritize Self-Care: support you with tools and strategies to set boundaries, learn to say “no,” delegate, define what “self-care” means to you and carve out time to make it happen
- Plan & Organize: help you research and plan for activities, small events and travel
My life experience as a traveler, mother, go-getter and a stress-prone, perfectionist people-pleaser has given me invaluable insight, tools and knowledge to make things happen while also learning how to shift priorities and let some things go. Sometimes we know what we want to do or should be doing, but it’s hard to fit it into our busy schedules, find a process that works or allow our needs to come first.
I would love to help you work through these challenges or simply provide you with the gift of time by taking care of your research and planning needs for simple life projects. We can meet in person, virtually or on the phone and create a custom action plan to get your life on track! I look forward to working together to identify and overcome the barriers that are preventing you from taking better care of yourself and meeting your personal goals.
